Cookie Policy
Which cookies we use, why and for how long – and how you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Analytics and marketing services only become active once you have consented.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. We also use similar technologies such as your browser’s session storage. When we refer to cookies in this policy, these technologies are included.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Some cookies are essential for the shop to work, for example to remember your basket, your country and your cookie choice. We use these cookies without consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR and the exemption for strictly necessary cookies under the ePrivacy rules).
3. Analytics and marketing only with consent
We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising including Microsoft Clarity) if you have consented (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the national rules implementing the ePrivacy Directive; in the United Kingdom, PECR). These services do not become active before you decide.
Technically, we use Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. Measurement data passes through our own tagging server, operated for us by the service provider Stape, and is only passed on to the providers named above if you have consented. This may involve transferring data to the USA; see our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Your choice and withdrawing consent
- On your first visit you decide in the cookie banner: “Accept all” and “Necessary cookies only” are equally prominent and each takes a single click. Under “Adjust preferences” you can choose individual categories.
- Your consent is voluntary. You can change it or withdraw it with effect for the future at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
- We store your choice for 12 months, after which we ask again. To be able to demonstrate your consent, we log your choice with a random identifier, but without your IP address.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies too, your basket and checkout may no longer work.
Cookie overview
This overview shows, per category, which cookies and storage entries we use, which provider they come from, what they are for and how long they are kept.

The shop cannot work without these cookies and storage entries: they remember your basket, your country and your cookie choice. No consent is required for them.
