5-year guarantee
We stand behind our quality: every Eagle Extend® pole comes with a 5-year guarantee as standard, in addition to your statutory rights. Questions about the terms? Our customer service team is here to help.
What does the guarantee cover?
In addition to your statutory rights, Eagle Extend® gives a commercial guarantee of 5 years on its telescopic poles under normal use. This covers manufacturing and material defects, such as clamps that no longer lock or sections that fail without an external cause.
What isn’t covered?
Damage caused by incorrect or dangerous use is not covered — for example knocks, drops, being driven over or use near power sources.
How to make a guarantee claim
- Email info@eagleextend.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Attach photos or a video of the defect.
- We’ll assess your claim and offer a suitable solution: a replacement part, a repair or a replacement product.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantor is Eagle Extend B.V., Patroonsweg 14, 3892 DB Zeewolde, The Netherlands.
