Your building makes the first impression

3 benefits for businesses

Immediate savings: a specialist cleaning company can easily charge €65 an hour, plus call-out and access platform hire. An Eagle Extend® kit often pays for itself after a single clean.

Safety at work: work-at-height rules limit ladder use by staff to short, low-risk tasks. With our poles, your team keeps both feet on the ground, up to 12 metres (39 ft) — read how SureLock™ and AlignTrack™ keep the pole stable.

Flexibility: sign looking dirty before an important client visit? Grab the pole and clean it straight away — no waiting, no scheduling.

Which water-fed pole suits your building?

No two facades are the same. Depending on height and how often you clean, we recommend the right material — the same quality professional window cleaners use.

Up to 5.5 metres — signage and ground floor: the Aluminum Supreme is a sturdy, affordable choice for fascias, signs and low facades.

Up to 9 metres — warehouses and upper floors: here, weight is crucial. Carbon Fiber is lighter and stiffer, so it's easier to put pressure on the brush for stubborn dirt.

Up to 12+ metres — tall buildings and intensive use: need to reach the ridge of a warehouse, or does your facilities team use the kit every week? Choose the 3K Full Carbon: maximum rigidity and the highest wear resistance — a favourite with professionals.

Length tip: add 1.5 metres to the vertical height of your building. Because you stand back from the wall (the working angle), you need extra length to work comfortably. Not sure? The Pole Finder recommends the right kit in two steps.

Step by step

How to clean cladding and signage

With a little preparation, cleaning your facade is safe and effective.

1

Pre-treat and lather up

Commercial facades often turn green from the weather, so water alone isn't enough. Fit the SoapFlow soap dispenser between your tap and the pole and fill it with Allround Cleaner.

2

Extend the pole

Stand the pole upright and extend it to the height you need; the SureLock™ clamps won't slip. Ideally, use the 4-Jet wash brush: its width and four water jets make the job thorough and fast. Check for overhead power lines first.

3

Brush and foam

Turn on the tap and switch on the soap dispenser. Apply a layer of foam, leave it for a moment (don't let it dry) and scrub the surface thoroughly. The rigid pole lets you put real pressure on caked-on algae.

4

Rinse clean

Switch off the soap and rinse with clean water. Cleaning the building's windows too? The PureFlow water softener gives you a streak-free finish without drying by hand.

5-Sided Wash Brush

5-Sided Wash Brush

A useful extra for frames and edges: bristles all round, so you can work into corners and along edges without knocking the hard brush block against the surface.
